Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the efabet platform. efabet is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at efabet's discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
efabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your efabet account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. efabet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. efabet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
efabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if efabet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the efabet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
efabet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. efabet is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
efabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
efabet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at efabet's sole discretion.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. efabet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Players who have opted into self-exclusion or have set deposit limits that prevent participation may not be eligible for certain promotions.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify efabet support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. efabet will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.

efabet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
efabet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
efabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the efabet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
efabet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and efabet cannot guarantee absolute security.
efabet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the efabet service.
efabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if efabet reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, efabet may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.
You may close your efabet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, and any active bonus balances will be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the efabet platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent efabet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
efabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the efabet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
